Layout
Your site loads quite quickly for me, and it works my screen resolution (1024 x 768 pixels). It looks like you’ve put a lot of effort into it. The colour scheme works really well together, although it may benefit from a bit more colour. I am automatically drawn to the header image, which I think is gorgeous, and I like the way you have a sidebar to make sure that everything is organised, and the way that your link images have a hover effect with the arrow.
On all pages the page continues quite a while down in blank space. Is this intentional? I would suggest removing the blank space at the bottom.
In the exit section, it reads “You can also visit these site”. It should be “You can also visit these sites”.

Home
The Welcome is a great introduction, but I feel that it makes the page look messy with the countdown and vote buttons right there. You could consider putting them in your sidebar.
You don’t have many entries in your blog, and they are close together in date. This would suggest that you have been unable to do anything to your site for a while. I like the date format, but I don’t know why you also have it written below the post, in the “Posted:” line. I would also recommend that you reverse the order of your blog updates, as when you have many entries, your visitors will find it very difficult to find the most recent one.

The Girl
I appreciate the way that you have the page divided into sections, with links to the individual pages, so that if I wanted to view your name meanings, I didn’t have to view facts about yourself. I like the way that you have a section for your adoptions in there, so that they aren’t all clustered in the homepage or something.
In the Short Facts section, you have spelt October as “Oktober”. I am unsure whether this is how it is spelt in the Netherlands, or whether you are not completely competent in English, or whether it is a simple typo.
I checked out your photos, and I have to say, your dog is very cute. You have alt tags on your photos, but they don’t seem to show when I hover over them. I also liked the borders around the photos and the way the popped up in a new window that was the right size for them.

Visitor
I liked your adoptable, it was quite cute. You do need to put more on there though, which I know you will do, as you have typed “Coming More Soon”. This should be “More Coming Soon”.
You’re avatars are very cute, I am tempted to save some of them for later. You have a nice little collection, and you have split them into categories, so that I can see that you have not made the images, but cropped them to 100 x 100 pixels. Again you have the error “Coming More Soon”.
I liked your button templates, and the information you gave about them. It might be worth giving similar information for all your other bits and pieces.
I liked the wallpapers, especially the city and stripes ones, but it was sort of irritating the way you called them “Desktops” instead of “Desktop Wallpapers” or the like.
The fonts were cute. I liked the ‘Scramble’ one. It might be useful to put a link to where you got them from, as I’ve seen the fonts before, so they are obviously not by you.
Your reads were very cute, are they written by you? If not, you would need to link to where you got them. I liked the “Advantages of Being A Woman”. One minor error you made was that you put “101 Ways to Annoy People” as a link, but inside, it read “100 Ways to Annoy People”. Is it 100, or 101?

The Site
I liked reading the “About the Site”, but I would like a bit more info about how you’ve improved at coding, or making graphics, etc.
The rules are very much out of the way, if you were looking at graphics and took an adoptable or similar, chances are that I might not even see the rules about linking back. It would be wise to put the rules where they are more relevant.

Rules
I’m glad your repeated this section, otherwise I wouldn’t have noticed it. The information there is very light hearted.

Overall
I really like your site, and with time, I’d probably come back to it. Well done!
